About me

I am a BACP registered counsellor and psychotherapist based in South West London. I believe in sensitive listening and genuine acceptance.

Some time ago I saw a counsellor who helped me through a tough time. This had a profound impact, prompting me to re-train as a person centred counsellor. I trained at the well-regarded Metanoia Institute. My qualifications include:

  • BSc (Hons) Advanced Person Centred Pluralistic Counselling - First Class Honours

  • BACP accredited Professional Certificate in Facilitating Online and Phone Therapy.

As a registered member of the BACP, my practice is guided by the BACP Ethical Framework. My aim is to empower clients to deepen their self-awareness and to cherish all parts of themselves. Alongside talking therapy, some clients like to bring photos, pictures, poems, writing, symbolic or natural objects to sessions. I am open to working in a way that feels right to you, going at your pace and honouring your needs.

I have worked within the charity sector and the NHS and I currently work part time for an online counselling service. I am also a support group facilitator with the Miscarriage Association.

I work with individuals from all backgrounds (aged 18 and over).

I am experienced in supporting a range of issues and concerns, including:

  • Identity

  • Family issues

  • Neurodivergence

  • Life challenges

  • Suicidal thoughts

  • Relationships

  • Abuse

  • Trauma

  • Stress

  • S.A.D

  • Bereavement

  • Loss

  • Anxiety

  • Depression

  • Low self esteem
